The reason for our estimated lead times for our kits is because we build them per order and usually have several kits in front of yours. The lead time is approximate and depends on our current "wait list" and work load. The estimated lead time does not mean there is a guarantee; it means that is the timeframe we will work towards, but it also depends on availability of parts from suppliers. We are good about meeting our delivery times, but occasionally run over, but will do everything in our power to ship as soon as possible.

We are now accepting orders by email; however, before we can begin to process your order, we require that you give us your full [physical] shipping address and contact phone number. For your protection, please DO NOT email your credit card information; we will contact you for payment once we’ve received your order and contact information. For quicker processing, part numbers are recommended, but optional. Please see our deposit policy to determine whether your order will require a deposit. * We do NOT do "one-off" or "custom" turbo systems. Please see the list of our kits under each brand's tab in the Turbo System Section. If you do not see your bike listed, it's because we DO NOT manufacture a kit for that particular bike and don't have current plans for one. We update our website regularly and will debut and inform you of new kits when they are available. If you have a desire to build your own turbo system, we can supply you with the raw components to build such a system (see Universal Kit info under the "Universal Kit" tab). If you decide the universal kit is right for you, please call and speak with one of our Technicians during designated "Tech Time" (Monday - Wednesday 3p to 5p central).

Dear Valued Customer,
We need your cooperation. Due to stricter return policies with our suppliers and manufactures, we at Mr Turbo have found it increasingly difficult to return parts to our suppliers due to these restrictions. Therefore, we have found it necessary to tighten our return policy also, and need your full cooperation in this matter. Below we have listed the return policy that we must adhere to and cannot deviate from.

This policy applies to ALL customers and not just a select few, so everyone will be treated equally. We thank you for your cooperation and hope this will make it easier for us to return parts to our suppliers and return to you, you exchange or credit. Once again, we ask your cooperation.

RETURN POLICY PROCEDURE

1. There will be NO CREDIT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OR CASH REFUNDS. Your account with Mr. Turbo will be issued a credit for merchandise or exchange for the same value.

2. All returns MUST HAVE A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. (When calling for a return authorization number, please have your invoice number ready.)

3. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND A COPY OF THE INVOICE must accompany all returns. Returns will not be accepted without return authorization.

4. Parts authorized for return must be in original packaging only. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

5. Parts that were originally shipped in vendor plastic bags, boxes or shrink-wrapped must be returned in that original packing and condition. No writing of any kind is permitted on original supplier packages or boxes. Defaced items will be returned to customer. NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

6. Mr. Turbo must be contacted within 10 days for any returns or problems. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.

7. If the return is NOT the error of Mr. Turbo, there is a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. (We are also charged a 20% restocking fee when we return the parts to our suppliers.)

Deposit Policy for Turbo Systems

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit based on the total of the order, including kit price and any additional parts you add to the order, to start building your kit. Once we receive the deposit, we get started on the order and delivery time starts then.

Your order will require a 50% non-refundable deposit if it meets any of the following criteria:

1. Non-inventory Item
2. Speciality or Custom Item
3. Out-of-stock Item
4. All Turbo System Orders

We accept payments in cash, cashiers' check, money order, and pre-approved company checks.

Basic Terms:

  • 4-month payment plan.
  • Payment plan only available for turbo system orders.
  • Payment amounts based on price of turbo system.
  • Turbo System will be shipped once final payment is made.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
If all the items in your order are in stock, it can take 1 to 2 business days (depending on time of order). If there is an item or items in your order that is out-of-stock, lead time depends on inventory in our warehouses.

Do you take international credit cards?
Yes, but only through Paypal.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, through UPS and BAX Global.

Do I need part numbers when I place my order?
To expedite your order, it is highly recommended.

Are you open on Saturdays?

Do you send orders COD?
Only by special approval.
